We believe in only offering sustainable product that will last forever and make genuine progress towards global sustainable goals. We follow and endorse the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals that are put in place for all organisations to act on protecting our environment, workforce and planet.

NO POVERTY

We only work with companies who pay a fair wage and manufacture smaller volumes, allowing less mass production and fairer working conditions. We vet all our partners and visit them on a regular basis.

CLEAN WATER + SANITATION

We work with yarn and fabric factories in Italy, whose sustainable goals include recycling water after production and providing the local communities’ electricity supply. All our yarns and fabrics are traced and certified throughout the production process.

INDUSTRY, INNOVATION + INFRASTRUCTURE

We work with companies who are constantly innovating to produce a more sustainable future for their employees and economic development. Cncrt-London manufacture their whole collection in the UK and are looking to further promote our UK manufacturing industry.

RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION + PRODUCTION

We use a Japanese technique known as ‘Whole garment technology’ on our merino programme, where there is zero wastage of yarn thanks to the process of producing the garment as a whole piece. No seams means no yarn waste. We use luxury non-mulesed merino from traceable yarn suppliers, GOTS-certified cotton from verified suppliers and recycled or leftover fabric from sustainable companies. Our manufacturers are UK-based and focus on achievable production, not mass production. All of our trims are sustainable.

CLIMATE ACTION

2019 was the second warmest year on record and the end of the warmest decade (2010- 2019) ever recorded. Carbon dioxide (CO2) levels and other greenhouse gases in the atmosphere rose to new records in 2019. Climate change is affecting every country on every continent. It is disrupting national economies and affecting lives. Weather patterns are changing, sea levels are rising, and weather events are becoming more extreme. Cncrt-London are partnering with Ecologi in their pledge to plant 1.7 billion trees by 2030. Using data from the 1t.org Carbon Estimator, 1.7 billion trees will remove approximately 314,233,899 tCO2e from the atmosphere over a 30-year lifetime. This is equivalent to removing the annual emissions from 68 million cars.  For every purchase made from our website, we will contribute funds towards planting a tree for every purchase.
