The requirement to reduce waste is never so important so our Merino programme creates zero waste thanks to its use of the Japanese 'Shima Seiki' invention of 'Whole Garment Technology'. This technology means that there is zero wastage of yarn as the garments are made as a whole garment; there are no seams or cut and sew. All our knitwear is seamless and uses this technology.
Our yarns are spun in sustainable factories throughout Italy and manufactured in small, ethical factories in the UK.

We use 100% extra fine, non-mulesed merino wool, employing the Japanese technique of Whole Garment Technology, where every piece is seamless with zero wastage.
Our yarns are spun in sustainable factories throughout Italy and manufactured in small, ethical factories in the UK.

Cncrt - London’s focus fabric has been on Merino wool because of its sustainable and extraordinary qualities. Did you know Merino wool is so soft! It has huge qualities which you may not know of: it is temperature-regulating, so you can wear it in the summer or winter; it repels water and dirt particles; anti-static; doesn’t pill and, finally, it holds properties that eliminate odours, instead of holding onto them. It’s safe to say that Merino wool is a solid winner in the knitwear stakes. In addition to these properties, Merino is also 100% natural and sustainable.

MANUFACTURING
Our products are created in dialogue between our team in London and skilled partners around the world – a network of farmers, weaving mills, yarn specialists, knitting factories and garment makers who we grow closer to with each new collaboration.
All our knitwear is made in the UK using the Shima Seiki technique of whole garment technology so there are zero seams and zero yarn waste.
